The recognition reflects the tangible and sustainable impact of Sanofi in localization and the development of national competencies.

Sanofi has won the Localization Award in the Health Sector for 2025, presented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, as part of the fifth edition of the Labor Award. The award is granted to one winner only for each sector annually, in recognition of outstanding efforts in supporting localization and developing national talents, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

This recognition reflects Sanofi's long-term commitment to supporting national employment, enhancing the representation of Saudi competencies in leadership positions, and building sustainable local capabilities ready for the future through its operations in the Kingdom.

Enhancing Sustainable Localization and Developing National Talents

The Localization Award relies on evaluating measurable impact and sustainability, and its criteria include employment rates for Saudis, sustainability and retention of national competencies, empowering women, adopting flexible work models and remote work, in addition to employee experience indicators.

Sanofi adopts a comprehensive approach to localization that goes beyond compliance with regulatory requirements, focusing on building career paths, developing national leadership, and creating an inclusive and stimulating work environment.

The award was officially presented during a ceremony chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, on the sidelines of the International Labor Market Conference.
