ويقدّم «المطوف الرقمي» باقة من الخدمات الذكية، تشمل الإرشاد المكاني التفاعلي، ودليلًا شاملًا للمناسك، إلى جانب أدعية صوتية ومرئية، وعدادًا إلكترونيًا للطواف والسعي، بما يسهم في مساعدة القاصدين على أداء عباداتهم بسهولة ويسر.

ويتميّز «المطوف الرقمي» بدعمه لسبع لغات عالمية، مما يتيح الاستفادة منه لشريحة واسعة من الزوار والمعتمرين من مختلف الجنسيات، وذلك في إطار جهود الهيئة الرامية إلى توظيف التقنيات الحديثة لخدمة قاصدي الحرمين الشريفين والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدّمة لهم.
ودعت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي ضيوف الرحمن إلى زيارة منصاتها الرسمية للاستفادة من خدمات «المطوف الرقمي»، مؤكدةً استمرارها في تطوير المبادرات التقنية التي تسهم في تحسين تجربة الزائر وتحقيق أعلى معايير التنظيم والخدمة.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has provided the "Digital Mutawwif," one of the modern technological solutions aimed at enhancing the experience of the guests of Allah and facilitating the performance of rituals inside the Grand Mosque.
The "Digital Mutawwif" offers a package of smart services, including interactive spatial guidance, a comprehensive guide to the rituals, along with audio and visual prayers, and an electronic counter for Tawaf and Sa'i, which helps the pilgrims perform their worship easily and smoothly.
7 Global Languages
The "Digital Mutawwif" is distinguished by its support for seven global languages, allowing a wide range of visitors and pilgrims from various nationalities to benefit from it, as part of the Authority's efforts to employ modern technologies to serve those heading to the Two Holy Mosques and to elevate the quality of services provided to them.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has invited the guests of Allah to visit its official platforms to benefit from the services of the "Digital Mutawwif," confirming its continued development of technical initiatives that contribute to improving the visitor experience and achieving the highest standards of organization and service.
