فاجأت النجمة الأمريكية آن هاثاواي جمهورها بتحوّل لافت في إطلالتها الجديدة لصالح غلاف عدد سبتمبر من مجلة Vogue China، إذ ظهرت بقصة شعر قصيرة جداً بأسلوب «بيكسي» مع طبقات حادة وغرة قصيرة، في تغيير جذري عن شعرها الطويل المتموّج الذي اعتادت الظهور به خلال الفترة الأخيرة.
القصة الجديدة أعادت إلى الأذهان إطلالتها الشهيرة عام 2012، عندما حلقت شعرها من أجل تجسيد شخصية «فانتين» في فيلم Les Misérables، قبل أن ينمو شعرها تدريجياً إلى قصة بيكسي قصيرة خلال موسم الجوائز الذي شهد حصولها على جائزة الأوسكار.
ولم تكتفِ هاثاواي بقصة الشعر الجريئة، بل عززت الطابع العصري للإطلالة بتنسيقات أنيقة تجمع بين البدلات الواسعة والقصّات الحادة والمجوهرات الفاخرة، لتظهر بصورة أكثر قوة وجرأة أمام عدسة المصور نورمان جان روي.
ورغم أن الإطلالة أثارت تساؤلات حول ما إذا كانت النجمة قد تخلّت فعلاً عن شعرها الطويل، تشير التقارير إلى أن القصة على الأرجح باروكة صُممت خصيصاً لجلسة التصوير، لذلك لا يمكن اعتبارها تغييراً دائماً في شعرها حتى الآن.

The new cut brought to mind her famous look in 2012, when she shaved her head to portray the character "Fantine" in the film Les Misérables, before her hair gradually grew into a short pixie cut during the awards season when she won the Oscar.
Hathaway didn't stop at the bold haircut; she enhanced the modern vibe of the look with elegant outfits that combined wide suits, sharp cuts, and luxurious jewelry, presenting a more powerful and daring image in front of photographer Norman Jean Roy's lens.
Although the look raised questions about whether the star had truly given up her long hair, reports suggest that the cut is likely a wig specially designed for the photoshoot, so it cannot be considered a permanent change to her hair just yet.
