افتتح وزير التجارة المشرف على لجنة الإفلاس (إيسار) الدكتور ماجد القصبي في الرياض اليوم (الإثنين) أعمال مؤتمر «إيسار 2025»، بحضور عددٍ من المسؤولين والخبراء من مختلف دول العالم.
وأكد الدكتور القصبي خلال كلمته في حفل الافتتاح أن مؤتمر «إيسار 2025» يجمع الخبراء في استمرارية الأعمال وإعادة الهيكلة من مختلف دول العالم، في وقت حققت فيه المملكة مؤشرات متقدمة في الإصلاحات التشريعية والإجرائية تمكنها من أن تكون محوراً إقليمياً لإعادة هيكلة الديون، وحلول إعادة التنظيم المالي للكيانات الاقتصادية.
وأضاف أن استضافة هذا المؤتمر في الرياض تعدُّ انعكاساً لاهتمام المملكة الكبير، والتزامها العميق بدعم استمرارية الأنشطة الاقتصادية، وحرصها على الإسهام في صياغة مستقبل نوعي لتجاوز أزمات التعثر المالي، كونها إحدى الدول المؤثرة في الاقتصاد العالمي.
ويُعقد المؤتمر خلال الفترة من 13 إلى 14 أكتوبر 2025، بمشاركة عدد من الجهات المحلية والدولية من أبرزها البنك الدولي، ولجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي (الأونسيترال)، ومنظمة «أنسول» الدولية.
وسيناقش المؤتمر التطور الذي شهدته التشريعات ذات العلاقة، والإستراتيجيات الفعالة لإعادة هيكلة الأعمال، والإستراتيجيات الاستباقية لتجنب التعثر عبر أنظمة الإنذار المبكر وآليات إدارة المخاطر، والعديد من المحاور المتخصصة للتعامل مع المتغيرات الاقتصادية المتسارعة، والأزمات المالية المحتملة.
The Minister of Commerce overseeing the Bankruptcy Committee (Isar), Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, inaugurated today (Monday) the "Isar 2025" conference in Riyadh, with the attendance of several officials and experts from various countries around the world.
During his speech at the opening ceremony, Dr. Al-Qasabi emphasized that the "Isar 2025" conference brings together experts in business continuity and restructuring from different countries, at a time when the Kingdom has achieved advanced indicators in legislative and procedural reforms that enable it to be a regional hub for debt restructuring and financial reorganization solutions for economic entities.
He added that hosting this conference in Riyadh reflects the Kingdom's significant interest and deep commitment to supporting the continuity of economic activities, as well as its eagerness to contribute to shaping a qualitative future to overcome financial distress crises, being one of the influential countries in the global economy.
The conference will be held from October 13 to 14, 2025, with the participation of several local and international entities, including the World Bank, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the International Insolvency Institute.
The conference will discuss the developments in related legislation, effective strategies for business restructuring, proactive strategies to avoid distress through early warning systems and risk management mechanisms, and many specialized topics to address rapidly changing economic variables and potential financial crises.
