بدأ وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية بندر الخريّف زيارة رسمية إلى جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية، يرأس خلالها وفداً رفيع المستوى من منظومة الصناعة السعودية للمشاركة في أحد المعارض التجارية الدولية لصناعة البلاستيك والمطاط، الذي يقام في مدينة دوسلدورف الألمانية.
وتركز زيارة الخريّف على تعزيز التعاون الصناعي بين البلدين، وتبادل الخبرات مع الدول الرائدة صناعيّاً، واستكشاف فرص بناء شراكات صناعية فاعلة تسهم في نقل التقنيات المتقدمة، واستقطاب الاستثمارات النوعية إلى المملكة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وخلال الزيارة يدشّن الوزير الجناح السعودي المشارك في المعرض، الذي يستعرض تطوّر الصناعة السعودية، والفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة في قطاع الكيماويات التحويلية، والتصنيع المتقدم، وعدداً من القطاعات الصناعية ذات الأولوية، إضافة إلى الممكنات المقدمة للمستثمرين.
طاولة مستديرة
ويرأس وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، مع الرئيس التنفيذي للمعرض اجتماع الطاولة المستديرة، الذي يشارك فيه عدد من قادة كبرى الشركات الصناعية العالمية، لاستعراض الفرص النوعية المتاحة في القطاع الصناعي السعودي، والمزايا التنافسية لبيئة الاستثمار في المملكة.
يذكر أن المملكة وألمانيا تتمتعان بعلاقات اقتصادية متينة، إذ بلغ حجم التبادل التجاري غير النفطي بين البلدين 39.07 مليار ريال في عام 2024، وتجاوزت قيمة الاستثمارات الألمانية في المملكة 14.62 مليار ريال؛ مما يعكس ثقة الشركات الألمانية في بيئة الاستثمار السعودي.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al-Kharif, has begun an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, during which he is leading a high-level delegation from the Saudi industrial system to participate in one of the international trade fairs for the plastics and rubber industry, held in the German city of Düsseldorf.
The focus of Al-Kharif's visit is to enhance industrial cooperation between the two countries, exchange experiences with leading industrial nations, and explore opportunities to build effective industrial partnerships that contribute to the transfer of advanced technologies and attract quality investments to the Kingdom, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
During the visit, the minister will inaugurate the Saudi pavilion participating in the exhibition, which showcases the development of the Saudi industry, the available investment opportunities in the chemical conversion sector, advanced manufacturing, and several priority industrial sectors, in addition to the enablers provided to investors.
Round Table
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, along with the CEO of the exhibition, will chair a round table meeting that includes several leaders of major global industrial companies to discuss the quality opportunities available in the Saudi industrial sector and the competitive advantages of the investment environment in the Kingdom.
It is worth noting that the Kingdom and Germany enjoy strong economic relations, with the volume of non-oil trade between the two countries reaching 39.07 billion riyals in 2024, and the value of German investments in the Kingdom exceeding 14.62 billion riyals; reflecting the confidence of German companies in the Saudi investment environment.
