أعلن البنك المركزي السعودي «ساما» الترخيص لشركتي مزاولة نشاط الوساطة الرقمية لجهات التمويل في المملكة.
كما أعلن البنك الترخيص لشركة مزاولة نشاط التمويل الاستهلاكي المصغر من خلال التقنية المالية؛ ليصبح إجمالي عدد الشركات المرخصة لمزاولة هذا النشاط 11 شركة، فيما يبلغ عدد شركات التمويل المرخصة في المملكة 68 شركة.
مرونة التعاملات
ويأتي هذا القرار، في إطار سعي البنك المركزي إلى دعم قطاع التمويل وتمكينه لرفع مستوى فاعلية التعاملات المالية ومرونتها، وتشجيع الابتكار في الخدمات المالية المقدمة؛ بهدف تعزيز مستوى الشمول المالي في المملكة، ووصول الخدمات المالية إلى جميع شرائح المجتمع.
وأكّد البنك المركزي السعودي أهمية التعامل مع المؤسسات المالية المرخصة أو المصرح لها من «ساما»، ويمكن التحقق من ذلك بزيارة الموقع الإلكتروني للبنك.
The Saudi Central Bank "SAMA" announced the licensing of two companies to engage in digital brokerage activities for financing entities in the Kingdom.
Additionally, the bank announced the licensing of a company to engage in micro-consumer financing through financial technology; bringing the total number of licensed companies for this activity to 11, while the number of licensed financing companies in the Kingdom stands at 68.
Transaction Flexibility
This decision comes as part of the central bank's efforts to support and empower the financing sector to enhance the effectiveness and flexibility of financial transactions, and to encourage innovation in the financial services provided; with the aim of promoting financial inclusion in the Kingdom and ensuring that financial services reach all segments of society.
