أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء إصدار نشرة الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة لشهر يوليو 2025.
ووفقًا لنتائج النشرة، سجل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة ارتفاعًا طفيفًا بنسبة0.7% خلال يوليو 2025، مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، ويعزى ذلك إلى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.7% والقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 0.6%.
وعلى أساس شهري، سجلت تكاليف البناء في القطاع السكني ارتفاعًا نسبته 0.4% خلال يوليو 2025، مقارنةً بالشهر السابق من العام نفسه، في حين سجل تكاليف القطاع غير السكني ارتفاعًا نسبته 0.5%.
يذكر أن الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء (CCI)، يعكس تحركات الأسعار لمدخلات البناء عبر 51 بندًا من السلع والخدمات، يتم جمع أسعارها بشكل شهري من مختلف مناطق المملكة، وقد حُددت سنة 2023 سنة أساس لقياس هذا المؤشر.
The General Authority for Statistics announced the release of the construction cost index bulletin for the Kingdom for July 2025.
According to the results of the bulletin, the construction cost index in the Kingdom recorded a slight increase of 0.7% in July 2025, compared to the same month last year. This is attributed to an increase in residential sector costs by 0.7% and non-residential sector costs by 0.6%.
On a monthly basis, construction costs in the residential sector recorded an increase of 0.4% in July 2025, compared to the previous month of the same year, while non-residential sector costs recorded an increase of 0.5%.
It is worth noting that the construction cost index (CCI) reflects price movements for construction inputs across 51 items of goods and services, with prices collected monthly from various regions of the Kingdom. The year 2023 has been set as the base year for measuring this index.
