أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر أغسطس 2025م ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة بالريال السعودي، وتحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ 5.313 مليار ريال سعودي.
وبحسب البيان الصادر من المركز، قُسمت الإصدارات إلى أربع شرائح، بلغ حجم الشريحة الأولى 755 مليون ريال سعودي لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2029م، وبلغت الشريحة الثانية 465 مليون ريال سعودي لصكوك تستحق في عام 2032م، والثالثة 1.123 مليار ريال سعودي لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2036م، والرابعة 2.970 مليار ريال سعودي لصكوك تستحق في عام 2039م.
The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for August 2025 as part of the Saudi government's sukuk program in Saudi riyals, with a total allocation amounting to 5.313 billion Saudi riyals.
According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into four tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 755 million Saudi riyals for sukuk maturing in 2029, the second tranche at 465 million Saudi riyals for sukuk maturing in 2032, the third at 1.123 billion Saudi riyals for sukuk maturing in 2036, and the fourth at 2.970 billion Saudi riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039.
