أعلن السجل العقاري بدء استقبال طلبات التسجيل العيني الأول لـ14,623 قطعة عقارية في 21 حيًا بمنطقة القصيم.
ويشمل التسجيل 11,972 قطعة عقارية بمدينة بريدة في الأحياء التالية: جزء من حي البدور، جزء من حي الدعيسة، جزء من حي ضراس الجنوبية، جزء من حي العقيق، جزء من حي الجديدات، جزء من حي الليوان، جزء من حي البصر، جزء من حي الغماس، جزء من حي غرناطة، جزء من حي المليداء، جزء من حي خب روضان، جزء من حي السعادة، وحي المنسي.
كما يشمل التسجيل 1,593 قطعة عقارية في مركز قصر بن عقيل في الأحياء التالية: جزء من حي البستان، جزء من حي غرناطة، جزء من حي الريان، جزء من حي النرجس، و464 قطعة عقارية في حي الدرة بمحافظة عنيزة إضافة إلى 594 قطعة عقارية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء في الأحياء التالية: حي المهندسين، حي المصيف، حي الصناعية.
ودعا السجل العقاري ملاك العقارات الواقعة في نطاق الأحياء تسجيل عقارتهم قبل نهاية يوم الخميس 20 نوفمبر 2025، من خلال منصة السجل العقاري www.rer.sa، أو تطبيق السجل العقاري، والتواصل مع مركز خدمة العملاء 199002، للاستفسار عن إجراءات وخطوات التسجيل، حيث يجب على ملاك العقارات تسجيل عقاراتهم خلال الفترة المحددة للاستفادة من خدمات السجل العقاري، وتنفيذ التصرفات العقارية بيسر وسهولة، وتفادي العقوبات والغرامات التي حددها نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار.
وسيصدر السجل العقاري «رقم عقار» وصك تسجيل ملكية لكل وحدة عقارية يتم تسجيلها، ويتضمن صك تسجيل الملكية الجديد الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق للعقار، وبيانات مالكه وأوصافه وحالته وما يتبعه من حقوق والتزامات وجميع التصرفات العقارية التي تطرأ عليه، ليكون أساسًا في توثيق الملكية والحقوق العقارية المترتبة عليها، ما يُسهم في استدامة وتعزيز القطاع العقاري والممكنات الرئيسية له.

The real estate registry announced the start of receiving applications for the first land registration of 14,623 real estate plots in 21 neighborhoods in the Al-Qassim region.
The registration includes 11,972 real estate plots in the city of Buraidah in the following neighborhoods: part of Al-Budur neighborhood, part of Al-Da'isa neighborhood, part of the southern Dharras neighborhood, part of Al-Aqiq neighborhood, part of Al-Jadidat neighborhood, part of Al-Liwan neighborhood, part of Al-Basr neighborhood, part of Al-Ghamas neighborhood, part of Al-Gharnaṭah neighborhood, part of Al-Mulayda neighborhood, part of Khabb Rawdan neighborhood, part of Al-Sa'ada neighborhood, and Al-Mansi neighborhood.
The registration also includes 1,593 real estate plots in the Qasr Ibn Aqeel center in the following neighborhoods: part of Al-Bustan neighborhood, part of Al-Gharnaṭah neighborhood, part of Al-Rayan neighborhood, part of Al-Narjis neighborhood, and 464 real estate plots in Al-Durra neighborhood in the city of Unayzah, in addition to 594 real estate plots in the Riyadh Al-Khubar governorate in the following neighborhoods: Al-Muhandisin neighborhood, Al-Musayf neighborhood, and Al-San'iya neighborhood.
The real estate registry called on property owners located within the neighborhoods to register their properties before the end of Thursday, November 20, 2025, through the real estate registry platform www.rer.sa, or the real estate registry application, and to contact the customer service center at 199002 for inquiries about the registration procedures and steps. Property owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the services of the real estate registry, facilitate real estate transactions, and avoid the penalties and fines set by the land registration system.
The real estate registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit registered, which will include the precise geographical location of the property, the owner's information, its descriptions, status, and any associated rights and obligations, as well as all real estate transactions that occur on it, serving as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights arising from it, contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
