أكدت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية أن المهلة التصحيحية الخاصة بأوضاع العمالة المنزلية المتغيبة عن العمل ستنتهي في 11 نوفمبر 2025، مشيرة إلى أنه تبقّى على انتهائها 3 أشهر فقط.
وكانت الوزارة قد أطلقت هذه المبادرة في 11 مايو 2025، بمنح مهلة لمدة 6 أشهر لتصحيح أوضاع العمالة المنزلية المتغيبة عن العمل المسجّلة في منصة «مساند»، عبر إجراءات إلكترونية ميسّرة تتيح لصاحب العمل الجديد نقل خدمات العامل بعد استيفاء الشروط النظامية.
وأكدت الوزارة أن المهلة لا تشمل العمالة التي تغيّبت بعد تاريخ 11 مايو 2025، داعية جميع المستفيدين إلى الاستفادة من الفترة المتبقية لتفادي الإجراءات النظامية والعقوبات المترتبة على المخالفات.
وأشارت إلى أن جميع الإجراءات تتم إلكترونياً بالكامل من خلال منصة «مساند»، دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة فروع الوزارة، ما يسهم في تسريع عملية التصحيح وضمان الحقوق وتحقيق الاستقرار في سوق العمل المنزلية.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the corrective period for the status of domestic workers who are absent from work will end on November 11, 2025, noting that only 3 months remain until its conclusion.
The ministry launched this initiative on May 11, 2025, granting a 6-month period to correct the status of domestic workers who are absent from work registered on the "Musanid" platform, through facilitated electronic procedures that allow the new employer to transfer the worker's services after meeting the regulatory conditions.
The ministry emphasized that the deadline does not include workers who became absent after May 11, 2025, urging all beneficiaries to take advantage of the remaining period to avoid regulatory actions and penalties resulting from violations.
It pointed out that all procedures are conducted entirely electronically through the "Musanid" platform, without the need to visit the ministry's branches, which contributes to speeding up the correction process, ensuring rights, and achieving stability in the domestic labor market.
