أعلن مركز الإسناد والتصفية «إنفاذ» إقامة 74 مزاداً علنياً، بين حضوري وإلكتروني، لتصفية وبيع 719 أصلاً في 12 منطقة من مناطق المملكة، وذلك خلال الفترة من 21-31 يوليو 2025م.
وأوضح المركز أن المزادات تُقام في مناطق مختلفة من المملكة، إذ يُنظَّم 21 مزاداً في منطقة الرياض لعرض 153 أصلاً، 18 مزاداً في منطقة مكة المكرمة لعرض 176 فرصة، و5 مزادات في منطقة المدينة المنورة لعرض 131 أصلاً، و4 مزادات في منطقة القصيم لعرض 51 أصلاً، و12 مزاداً في المنطقة الشرقية لعرض 87 فرصة، و3 مزادات في منطقة جازان لعرض 29 فرصة، ومزاد بمنطقة تبوك لعرض فرصة، و3 مزادات بمنطقة عسير لعرض 25 فرصة، ومزادان بمنطقة حائل لعرض 31 فرصة، وأخيراً يُقام مزادان في كل من منطقة الجوف لعرض 12 فرصة، ومنطقة الباحة لعرض 4 فرص، ومنطقة نجران يقام مزاد لعرض 19 فرصة.
وأشار «إنفاذ» إلى أن جميع تفاصيل المزادات وشروط المشاركة متاحة عبر صفحة المزادات في موقعه الإلكتروني.
وكان مركز الإسناد والتصفية «إنفاذ»، قد أعلن في وقت سابق إقامة مزاد علني إلكتروني لبيع وتصفية 9 عقارات تتنوع بين سكنية وتجارية في المدينة المنورة، وذلك خلال الفترة من 22-25 يونيو الماضي.
كما شهد شهر يونيو إقامة «إنفاذ» 4 مزادات علنية إلكترونية لبيع وتصفية 25 عقاراً سكنياً وتجارياً وزراعياً في المدينة المنورة.

The Support and Liquidation Center "Enfaz" announced the holding of 74 public auctions, both in-person and electronic, to liquidate and sell 719 assets in 12 regions of the Kingdom, during the period from July 21 to July 31, 2025.
The center explained that the auctions will be held in various regions of the Kingdom, with 21 auctions organized in the Riyadh region to showcase 153 assets, 18 auctions in the Makkah region to present 176 opportunities, 5 auctions in the Madinah region to display 131 assets, 4 auctions in the Qassim region to offer 51 assets, 12 auctions in the Eastern Province to showcase 87 opportunities, 3 auctions in the Jazan region to present 29 opportunities, one auction in the Tabuk region to display one opportunity, 3 auctions in the Asir region to showcase 25 opportunities, 2 auctions in the Hail region to present 31 opportunities, and finally, 2 auctions in both the Al-Jouf region to showcase 12 opportunities and the Al-Baha region to display 4 opportunities, with one auction in the Najran region to present 19 opportunities.
Enfaz indicated that all details of the auctions and participation conditions are available on the auctions page of its website.

Additionally, the month of June witnessed Enfaz holding 4 electronic public auctions to sell and liquidate 25 residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in Madinah.
