بلغ عدد الشركات الناشئة الأجنبية الحاصلة على ترخيص «ريادي» من وزارة الاستثمار في المملكة 550 شركة حتى منتصف عام 2025، محققةً نمواً بنسبة 118% مقارنةً بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
ويأتي هذا الارتفاع في إطار الجهود الوطنية المشتركة؛ لتعزيز مكانة المملكة كونها مركزاً إقليمياً لريادة الأعمال، من خلال تسهيل دخول الشركات الناشئة الأجنبية إلى السوق السعودية، وتوفير بيئة تنظيمية مرنة تُسهم في دعم الابتكار وجذب الاستثمار.
بدورها، قدمت الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة «منشآت»، 364 ترخيصاً لحاضنات ومسرعات أعمال في المملكة، والتي لعبت دوراً محورياً في استقطاب روّاد الأعمال الدوليين، ودعمهم خلال مراحل التأسيس والنمو، عبر توفير البيئة الملائمة لتطوير النماذج الأولية، والإرشاد، وربطهم بالمستثمرين وشركاء السوق، بما يُسهم في تمكينهم من الانطلاق بفعالية في السوق السعودية.
كما أسهمت الفعاليات الدولية التي تحتضنها المملكة، مثل «بيبان» و«ليب»، في جذب روّاد الأعمال من مختلف أنحاء العالم من خلال تسليط الضوء على جاذبية البيئة الريادية، والفرص الاستثمارية التي تحفل بها المملكة، في حين عزّزت مشاركة الجهات الحكومية والخاصة وروّاد الأعمال السعوديين في الفعاليات الدولية، مثل «ويب ساميت»، و«فيفاتك»، و«سلاش» وغيرها، فرص التواصل مع روّاد الأعمال حول العالم، والترويج للمملكة بصفتها وجهة ريادية جاذبة.
ويعكس هذا النمو المتسارع مستوى الثقة المتزايدة من قبل روّاد الأعمال الأجانب في البيئة الريادية والاستثمارية بالمملكة، مدعوماً بمرونة التنظيمات والتشريعات، وبنية تحتية رقمية متقدّمة، وبرامج تمكينية متنوعة، أطلقتها المملكة لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويُعدُّ ترخيص «ريادي» (تسجيل الاستثمار للشركات الريادية) إحدى مبادرات وزارة الاستثمار؛ الهادفة إلى تمكين الجهات الممكنة لمنظومة ريادة الأعمال وروّاد الأعمال الدوليين والمحليين من تأسيس مشاريعهم بسهولة مع شركائهم من مختلف دول العالم، دعماً لتوجّهات المملكة في تنويع الاقتصاد، وتعزيز الابتكار، وترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

The number of foreign startups that have obtained the "Riyadi" license from the Ministry of Investment in the Kingdom reached 550 companies by mid-2025, achieving a growth rate of 118% compared to the same period last year.
This increase comes as part of joint national efforts to enhance the Kingdom's position as a regional hub for entrepreneurship, by facilitating the entry of foreign startups into the Saudi market and providing a flexible regulatory environment that contributes to supporting innovation and attracting investment.
In turn, the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monsha'at" has provided 364 licenses for business incubators and accelerators in the Kingdom, which have played a pivotal role in attracting international entrepreneurs and supporting them during the establishment and growth phases, by providing a conducive environment for developing prototypes, mentoring, and connecting them with investors and market partners, thereby enabling them to effectively launch in the Saudi market.
International events hosted by the Kingdom, such as "Biban" and "Leap," have also contributed to attracting entrepreneurs from around the world by highlighting the attractiveness of the entrepreneurial environment and the investment opportunities available in the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the participation of government and private entities and Saudi entrepreneurs in international events, such as "Web Summit," "Vivatech," "Slush," and others, has enhanced opportunities for networking with entrepreneurs worldwide and promoting the Kingdom as an attractive entrepreneurial destination.
This accelerated growth reflects the increasing level of confidence from foreign entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial and investment environment in the Kingdom, supported by flexible regulations and legislation, advanced digital infrastructure, and diverse enabling programs launched by the Kingdom to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030.
