كشفت البيانات الصادرة عن البنك المركزي السعودي "ساما"، أن الاستثمار الأجنبي في اقتصاد المملكة تخطى 3 تريليونات ريال، وذلك بنهاية الربع الأول من العام الحالي 2025.
ووفقا للبيانات، ارتفعت الاستثمارات الأجنبية لأول مرة خلال الفترة المشار إليها إلى 3048.5 مليار ريال، بنسبة زيادة قدرها 16% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من عام 2024.
وتتوزع الاستثمارات الأجنبية على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والذي يمثل 33% من الإجمالي، ما يعادل 995.5 مليار ريال، إضافة إلى استثمارات الحافظة التي تتوزع على حقوق الملكية وأسهم صناديق الاستثمار وسندات الدين، البالغة قيمتها 1244.6 مليار ريال، واستثمارات أخرى بقيمة 808.4 مليار ريال.
يذكر أن تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي الداخلة إلى السعودية ارتفعت بنسبة 24% خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي 2025، لتسجل 24 مليار ريال (نحو 6.4 مليار دولار).
في المقابل، بلغت التدفقات الخارجة 1.8 مليار ريال (480 ألف دولار) بانخفاض نسبته 54 %، ليصل بذلك صافي تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي إلى 22.2 مليار ريال (5.9 مليار دولار)، بارتفاع نسبته 44 % مقارنة بالربع نفسه من العام الماضي، وذلك وفقاً لبيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
وخلال عام 2024، بلغت تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى السعودية نحو 26 مليار دولار، متجاوزة بذلك الهدف المرحلي الذي حددته الحكومة.
وتُعدّ هذه المؤشرات دلالة على زيادة جاذبية الاقتصاد السعودي للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025، رغم انخفاض التدفقات الخارجة مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.
The data released by the Saudi Central Bank "SAMA" revealed that foreign investment in the Kingdom's economy exceeded 3 trillion riyals by the end of the first quarter of the current year 2025.
According to the data, foreign investments rose for the first time during the mentioned period to 3048.5 billion riyals, with an increase of 16% compared to the same period in 2024.
Foreign investments are distributed between foreign direct investment, which represents 33% of the total, amounting to 995.5 billion riyals, in addition to portfolio investments that are distributed across equity, investment fund shares, and debt securities, valued at 1244.6 billion riyals, along with other investments worth 808.4 billion riyals.
It is noteworthy that the inflows of foreign investment into Saudi Arabia increased by 24% during the first quarter of the current year 2025, reaching 24 billion riyals (approximately 6.4 billion dollars).
In contrast, the outflows amounted to 1.8 billion riyals (480 thousand dollars), a decrease of 54%, bringing the net foreign investment flows to 22.2 billion riyals (5.9 billion dollars), an increase of 44% compared to the same quarter of last year, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics.
During the year 2024, foreign direct investment inflows to Saudi Arabia reached approximately 26 billion dollars, thus surpassing the interim target set by the government.
These indicators signify an increase in the attractiveness of the Saudi economy for foreign direct investments during the first quarter of 2025, despite the decrease in outflows compared to the same period last year.
