وقَّعت المملكة العربية السعودية، ممثلةً برئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة الدكتور حسام بن عبدالمحسن العنقري، وجمهورية بيلاروسيا، ممثلةً برئيس الرقابة الحكومية فاسيلي غريزيموف، اليوم، مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون بين الجهازين في مجال العمل المحاسبي والرقابي والمهني.
ويتعاون الجهازان بناءً على مذكرة التفاهم على تبادل الخبرات في مجال المراجعة المالية والالتزام، ومراجعة الأداء، بتنفيذ عددٍ من المشاريع البحثية والاستشارية المشتركة، وتنظيم اللقاءات والمؤتمرات والبرامج التدريبية في الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وذلك في إطار المنظمة الدولية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة (الإنتوساي).
وأوضح الدكتور العنقري أن هذه المذكرة تأتي امتداداً لمذكرات التفاهم التي أبرمها الديوان العام للمحاسبة مع عددٍ من الأجهزة النظيرة في الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، التي تعكس في مجملها المكانة المهنية الرفيعة التي يتبوؤها الديوان على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي، ودوره المهم في مشاركة ما لديه من خبرات مهنية متميزة مع الأجهزة النظيرة الأعضاء في المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية العامة والمحاسبة.
وعقب مراسم التوقيع، عقد الجانبان اجتماعاً ثنائياً لمناقشة الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وبحث سُبل تعزيزها وتفعيلها في عدد من المجالات.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the President of the General Court of Audit, Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Anqari, and the Republic of Belarus, represented by the Head of Government Audit, Vasily Grizimov, today signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the two bodies in the field of accounting, auditing, and professional work.
Based on the memorandum of understanding, the two bodies will cooperate to exchange expertise in the areas of financial auditing and compliance, performance auditing, by implementing a number of joint research and consulting projects, and organizing meetings, conferences, and training programs on topics of mutual interest, within the framework of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI).
Dr. Al-Anqari explained that this memorandum is an extension of the memoranda of understanding that the General Court of Audit has concluded with several counterpart institutions in brotherly and friendly countries, which collectively reflect the high professional status that the Court occupies at the regional and international levels, and its important role in sharing its distinguished professional expertise with counterpart institutions that are members of regional and international organizations of supreme audit institutions.
Following the signing ceremony, the two sides held a bilateral meeting to discuss topics of mutual interest and explore ways to enhance and activate them in several areas.
