أعلنت تداول السعودية تعليق تداول أسهم عدد من الشركات المدرجة؛ نظراً لعدم التزامها بالإعلان عن القوائم المالية السنوية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 خلال المدة النظامية المحددة في قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة الصادرة عن مجلس هيئة السوق المالية.
واستناداً إلى صلاحيات السوق المنصوص عليها في قواعد الإدراج وإلى إجراءات تعليق تداول الأوراق المالية المدرجة، أوضحت تداول السعودية أنه سيتم تعليق تداول أسهم الشركات لجلسة واحدة اليوم (الأربعاء)، الموافق 1 أبريل 2026.
استئناف التداول
وأشارت إلى أنه سيُستأنف تداول أسهم الشركات لمدة 20 جلسة تداول ابتداءً من يوم الخميس الموافق 2 أبريل 2026م، ويجب على الشركات نشر القوائم المالية قبل نهاية يوم الأربعاء الموافق 29 أبريل 2026م، مبينة أنه في حال لم تعلن إحدى الشركات خلال المدة، سيُعاد تعليق تداول السهم ابتداءً من يوم الخميس الموافق 30 أبريل 2026م حتى إعلانها القوائم المالية.
وشمل التعليق في السوق الرئيسية كلاً من: الشركة السعودية للصادرات الصناعية، نماء للكيماويات، تكوين المتطورة للصناعات، شركة بحر العرب لأنظمة المعلومات، أسمنت الجوف، الشركة العربية للاستثمار الزراعي والصناعي، الشركة المتحدة للتأمين التعاوني، شركة كيمائيات الميثانول، شركة الدواء للخدمات الطبية، ريدان الغذائية، وصندوق ميفك ريت.
كما شمل التعليق في السوق الموازية: شركة رواسي البناء للاستثمار، شركة أصول وبخيت الاستثمارية، شركة تقدم العالمية للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، أمواج الدولية، شركة لين الخير للتجارة، شركة ملان لمنتجات الحديد، وشركة شور العالمية للتقنية.
Saudi Tadawul announced the suspension of trading for the shares of several listed companies due to their failure to announce the annual financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, within the regulatory period specified in the rules for offering securities and ongoing obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority.
Based on the market's powers stipulated in the listing rules and the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities, Saudi Tadawul clarified that trading of the companies' shares will be suspended for one session today (Wednesday), April 1, 2026.
Resumption of Trading
It indicated that trading of the companies' shares will resume for 20 trading sessions starting from Thursday, April 2, 2026, and the companies must publish their financial statements before the end of Wednesday, April 29, 2026. It noted that if any company fails to announce within this period, trading of its shares will be suspended again starting Thursday, April 30, 2026, until it announces its financial statements.
The suspension in the main market included: Saudi Industrial Exports Company, Nama Chemicals, Takween Advanced Industries, Arab Sea Information Systems, Al-Jouf Cement, Arab Company for Agricultural and Industrial Investment, United Cooperative Insurance Company, Methanol Chemicals Company, Al-Dawaa Medical Services, Ridan Food, and Mefik REIT.
The suspension in the parallel market included: Rawasi Building Investment Company, Osoul and Bakheet Investment Company, Taqdeem Global Communications and Information Technology Company, Amwaj International, Lin Al-Khayr Trading Company, Malan for Iron Products, and Shore International Technology Company.
