كشف مكتب الإحصاءات البريطاني أن نمو الأسعار السنوية للمنازل تباطأ خلال شهر أغسطس الماضي، فيما كانت لندن المنطقة الإنجليزية الوحيدة التي انخفضت فيها أسعار العقارات.
وبحسب التقديرات الإقليمية لمكتب الإحصاءات البريطاني، بلغ المعدل السنوي للنمو في قيم العقارات خلال أغسطس نحو 3% بتراجع من 3.2% في يوليو الماضي.
كما زاد متوسط أسعار المنازل إلى 296 ألف جنيه إسترليني بنمو سنوي 2.9% في إنجلترا، و211 ألف جنيه إسترليني بزيادة 2% في ويلز، و194 ألف جنيه بنمو 4% في اسكتلندا، وذلك خلال الـ12 شهراً حتى أغسطس 2025.
زيادة سنوية
وبلغ متوسط أسعار المنازل في إيرلندا الشمالية 185 ألف جنيه إسترليني خلال الربع الثاني من 2025، ما يمثل زيادة سنوية بنسبة 5.5%.
وفي إنجلترا، شهد الشمال الشرقي أعلى تضخم سنوي في أسعار المنازل خلال أغسطس الماضي بنحو 6.6%.
وكان التضخم السنوي لأسعار المنازل هو الأضعف في لندن، إذ انخفض متوسط أسعار المنازل بواقع 0.3%.
The UK Office for National Statistics revealed that the annual growth in house prices slowed down during August, while London was the only English region where property prices fell.
According to the regional estimates from the UK Office for National Statistics, the annual growth rate in property values during August was about 3%, down from 3.2% in July.
The average house prices also increased to £296,000 with an annual growth of 2.9% in England, £211,000 with a 2% increase in Wales, and £194,000 with a 4% growth in Scotland, during the 12 months leading up to August 2025.
Annual Increase
The average house price in Northern Ireland reached £185,000 during the second quarter of 2025, representing an annual increase of 5.5%.
In England, the North East experienced the highest annual inflation in house prices during August at about 6.6%.
The annual inflation in house prices was weakest in London, where the average house prices fell by 0.3%.
