أصدرت غرفة المدينة المنورة تقريرها الاقتصادي الثاني لعام 2025، الذي أظهر استمرار منطقة المدينة المنورة في تحقيق مؤشرات نمو قوية وجاذبية استثمارية متصاعدة، مدفوعة بالجهود التنموية الكبرى ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويستعرض التقرير أبرز المؤشرات الاقتصادية على المستويات العالمية والوطنية والمحلية، مع تسليط الضوء على واقع الأداء الاقتصادي في منطقة المدينة المنورة خلال العام الحالي.
وكشف التقرير أن المنطقة تشهد حراكًا اقتصاديًا متسارعًا يعزز مكانتها ضمن منظومة التنمية الوطنية، حيث يجري تنفيذ أكثر من 224 مشروعًا تنمويًا تتجاوز قيمتها 200 مليار ريال، في قطاعات متعددة تشمل البنية التحتية والصحة والتعليم والسياحة والتقنية والتطوير العقاري.

وأوضح التقرير أن عدد العاملين في المنطقة بلغ نحو 479,707 موظفين، يمثلون 60.7% من إجمالي السكان، فيما بلغت نسبة مشاركة السعوديين في القطاع الخاص 57.3%، ونسبة مشاركة السعوديات 28.7% خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025، وهو ما يعكس التطور في بيئة العمل وارتفاع مستوى التمكين الاقتصادي.
ويأتي هذا التقرير في إطار دعم صُنّاع القرار والمستثمرين المحليين والدوليين ببيانات ومؤشرات اقتصادية محدثة تعكس واقع النمو في المنطقة، وتُسهم في تحديد الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Madinah Chamber of Commerce issued its second economic report for the year 2025, which showed that the Madinah region continues to achieve strong growth indicators and increasing investment attractiveness, driven by major developmental efforts within the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The report reviews the most prominent economic indicators at the global, national, and local levels, highlighting the reality of economic performance in the Madinah region during the current year.
The report revealed that the region is witnessing accelerated economic activity that enhances its position within the national development system, with more than 224 developmental projects being implemented, exceeding a value of 200 billion riyals, across various sectors including infrastructure, health, education, tourism, technology, and real estate development.
479,707 Employees
The report indicated that the number of workers in the region reached approximately 479,707 employees, representing 60.7% of the total population, while the participation rate of Saudis in the private sector was 57.3%, and the participation rate of Saudi women was 28.7% during the first quarter of 2025, reflecting the development in the work environment and the rise in the level of economic empowerment.
