وقعت شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة وثيق المالية، وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى إطلاق صندوق استثمار عقاري مغلق، لتطوير وإدارة مشروع برج سكني فاخر، مكون من 28 طابقًا بوجهة مسار بمدينة مكة المكرمة.
يتضمن المشروع تطوير ما يقارب 200 وحدة سكنية بوجهة مسار، والتي تعتبر بمثابة وجهة عقارية متكاملة، تبعد 2.5 كم عن الحرم المكي وبالقرب من محطة قطار الحرمين السريع بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وتبلغ القيمة التقديرية للمشروع 600 مليون ريال.
وأعرب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة رتال للتطوير العمراني المهندس عبدالله بن فيصل البريكان عن سعادته بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية قائلًا: «إن هذا المشروع يُمثل محطة محورية في مسيرة رتال نحو تطوير مجتمعات سكنية راقية في مواقع استثنائية، لاسيما أن العمل على مشروع بالقرب من الحرم المكي الشريف هو شرف قبل أن يكون مسؤولية» مؤكدًا أن هذا المشروع فرصة استثنائية لترجمة رؤية رتال في إنشاء مجتمعات عمرانية ترتقي بمفهوم جودة التصميم وشموليةالتخطيط، بما يضمن تجربة سكنية فاخرة، متكاملة، ومستدامة.

Rital Urban Development Company signed a memorandum of understanding with Wathiq Financial Company, aiming to launch a closed real estate investment fund to develop and manage a luxury residential tower project consisting of 28 floors in the Al-Masaar area in the city of Mecca.
The project includes the development of approximately 200 residential units in the Al-Masaar area, which is considered a comprehensive real estate destination, located 2.5 km from the Holy Mosque and near the Haramain High-Speed Railway station in Mecca. The estimated value of the project is 600 million riyals.
The CEO of Rital Urban Development Company, Engineer Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Buraikan, expressed his happiness at signing this agreement, stating: "This project represents a pivotal station in Rital's journey towards developing upscale residential communities in exceptional locations, especially since working on a project near the Holy Mosque is an honor before it is a responsibility."
