تراجع الدولار مقابل العملات الرئيسية في تعاملاته اليوم (الإثنين) مع استمرار متابعة التوترات في الشرق الأوسط، وترقب اجتماع الاحتياطي الفيدرالي هذا الأسبوع.
وتراجع مؤشر الدولار، الذي يقيس أداء العملة الأمريكية مقابل سلة من ست عملات، بنسبة 0.21% إلى 97.97 نقطة.
وارتفع اليورو 0.25% إلى 1.1578 دولار، كما صعد الإسترليني بصورة طفيفة 0.12% عند 1.3587 دولار، بينما استقرت العملة الأمريكية مقابل نظيرتها اليابانية عند 144.09 ين.
ومن المقرر أن يعقد كل من الاحتياطي الفيدرالي وبنك إنجلترا اجتماعاً هذا الأسبوع لاتخاذ قرار بشأن السياسة النقدية، وسط السعي لمواجهة تأثير التعريفات الجمركية التي فرضها الرئيس الأمريكي «ترمب».
ويرجح أن يثبت الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الفائدة دون تغيير في الاجتماع الذي سينتهي يوم (الأربعاء) القادم، رغم الضغط الذي يفرضه الرئيس الأمريكي «دونالد ترمب» على رئيس البنك «باول» لخفض الفائدة.

The dollar declined against major currencies in today's trading (Monday) as tensions in the Middle East continue to be monitored, and anticipation builds for the Federal Reserve meeting this week.
The dollar index, which measures the performance of the U.S. currency against a basket of six currencies, fell by 0.21% to 97.97 points.
The euro rose by 0.25% to $1.1578, while the pound increased slightly by 0.12% to $1.3587, and the U.S. currency remained stable against the Japanese yen at 144.09 yen.
It is likely that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in the meeting that will conclude next (Wednesday), despite the pressure exerted by President Donald Trump on Chairman Powell to lower rates.
