قررت وزارة التجارة التركية فرض رسوم نهائية لمكافحة الإغراق على واردات من مصر من منتج «فيلم بولي بروبيلين ثنائي المحور»، بعد ثبوت بيعه بأسعار مُغرقة تسببت في إلحاق ضرر بالصناعة المحلية التركية.
وبحسب القرار المنشور في الجريدة الرسمية، تصل مدة الرسوم إلى خمس سنوات، على أن تستمر الرسوم في حال بدء تحقيق مراجعة قبل انتهاء المدة.
ويشمل القرار الفيلم المستخدم في تغليف المنتجات الغذائية والصناعية، مثل أكياس البسكويت والمقرمشات.
وجاءت الرسوم المفروضة على الشركات المصرية كالتالي: شركة القاهرة لتصنيع مواد التعبئة «كوباك» بنسبة 27.37%، وشركة فليكس فيلمز بنسبة 14.96%، وشركة تغليف للصناعات بنسبة 12.85%.
وتضمن القرار فرض رسوم إغراق على باقي الشركات المصرية المصنعة لهذا المنتج بنسبة 42.62%.
وكان قرار نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية التركية، في وقت سابق، أشار إلى أن تركيا فرضت رسوم مكافحة إغراق على بعض واردات الصلب من الصين وروسيا والهند واليابان، وكانت الرسوم الأعلى على الواردات من الصين.
وذكر القرار أن الرسوم المفروضة ستراوح بين 6.10 % و43.31% من أسعار التكلفة والتأمين والشحن، في خطوة تهدف إلى مكافحة «المنافسة غير العادلة» استجابة لمطالب من المنتجين المحليين العام الماضي.
وجاء أيضاً في القرار المنشور في الجريدة الرسمية أن تحقيقاً بشأن واردات الصلب المدرفل على الساخن، طالب بإجرائه منتجون محليون، أظهر أن الإغراق المحتمل للصلب من جانب الصين وروسيا والهند واليابان يهدد بإلحاق ضرر بالإنتاج المحلي.
ووفقاً للقرار، فإن الرسوم الجمركية المفروضة على الواردات من الصين تراوح بين 15% و43%، في حين تراوح الرسوم الجمركية المفروضة على الواردات من روسيا والهند واليابان بين 6% و9%.

The Turkish Ministry of Commerce has decided to impose final anti-dumping duties on imports from Egypt of the product "Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film," after it was proven to be sold at dumping prices that caused harm to the Turkish domestic industry.
According to the decision published in the official gazette, the duration of the duties will be five years, and the duties will continue if a review investigation begins before the end of the period.
The decision includes the film used in packaging food and industrial products, such as biscuit and snack bags.
The imposed duties on Egyptian companies are as follows: Cairo Company for Packaging Materials "Copak" at 27.37%, Flex Films at 14.96%, and Packaging Industries Company at 12.85%.
The decision also included imposing anti-dumping duties on other Egyptian companies manufacturing this product at a rate of 42.62%.
Earlier, a decision published in the Turkish official gazette indicated that Turkey imposed anti-dumping duties on some steel imports from China, Russia, India, and Japan, with the highest duties on imports from China.
The decision stated that the imposed duties would range between 6.10% and 43.31% of the cost, insurance, and freight prices, in a move aimed at combating "unfair competition" in response to demands from local producers last year.
