اتفق قادة 7 دول من منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي خلال قمة عُقدت أمس في أذربيجان على تحرير التجارة، وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية، وتعزيز التعاون في مجال الطاقة الخضراء، وذلك بهدف زيادة التكامل الاقتصادي في المنطقة.
وأعلنت المنظمة أن القادة المشاركين في اجتماعها اتفقوا أيضاً على تحسين ربط شبكات النقل، وإعادة إعمار المناطق المتأثرة بالنزاعات، في إطار استراتيجية تنمية طويلة الأجل تمتد حتى عام 2035.
وانعقدت القمة تحت شعار «رؤية جديدة لمنظمة التعاون الاقتصادي من أجل مستقبل مستدام ومقاوم للتغير المناخي»، وحضرها الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، ونظيراه الأذربيجاني إلهام علييف، والإيراني مسعود بزشكيان، إلى جانب رؤساء أوزباكستان وقيرغيزستان وطاجيكستان، ورئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف.
وتعتمد خارطة الطريق على إستراتيجية التعاون الاقتصادي لعام 2025، وهي إستراتيجية سابقة تُركز على التكامل والتجارة والنقل في المنطقة.
وقال مساعد الرئيس الأذربيجاني للسياسة الخارجية حكمت حاجييف: «إن نطاق إستراتيجية التعاون الاقتصادي لعام 2035 بات يشمل التعاون في مجال الطاقة الخضراء، والتحول إلى النظام الرقمي، والإدماج الاجتماعي».
وانعقد الاجتماع في خانكندي، عاصمة إقليم ناغورنو قرة باغ، الذي كان يقع في السإستراتيجية تنمية ابق تحت سيطرة انفصاليين قبل أن تستعيده أذربيجان بالكامل في 2023 من الأرمن.
وقال أردوغان إنه يأمل أن تصبح خانكندي في المستقبل مركزاً للسلام والتنمية في جنوب القوقاز.
ومن المتوقع اعتماد إستراتيجية منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي لعام 2035 رسمياً خلال اجتماع مجلس وزراء خارجية المنظمة المقرر انعقاده في قازاخستان في نوفمبر القادم.

Seven leaders from the Economic Cooperation Organization agreed during a summit held yesterday in Azerbaijan to liberalize trade, attract more foreign investments, and enhance cooperation in the field of green energy, with the aim of increasing economic integration in the region.
The organization announced that the participating leaders also agreed to improve transportation network connectivity and rebuild areas affected by conflicts, as part of a long-term development strategy extending until 2035.
The summit was held under the slogan "A New Vision for the Economic Cooperation Organization for a Sustainable and Climate-Resilient Future," and was attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, along with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, and Iranian President Masoud Bezhashkian, as well as the presidents of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
The roadmap relies on the Economic Cooperation Strategy for 2025, which is a previous strategy focusing on integration, trade, and transportation in the region.
Azerbaijani Assistant to the President for Foreign Policy Hikmet Hajiyev stated, "The scope of the Economic Cooperation Strategy for 2035 now includes cooperation in green energy, the transition to a digital system, and social inclusion."
The meeting took place in Khankendi, the capital of the Nagorno-Karabakh region, which was previously under the control of separatists before Azerbaijan fully regained it in 2023 from the Armenians.
Erdoğan expressed hope that Khankendi would become a center for peace and development in the South Caucasus in the future.
The Economic Cooperation Organization's Strategy for 2035 is expected to be officially adopted during the upcoming meeting of the organization's Council of Foreign Ministers scheduled to be held in Kazakhstan next November.
