معاينة الشقة
وعاين فريق من مختصي النيابة الشقة الواقعة في أحد الأبراج السكنية في منطقة العصافرة الكورنيش؛ للوقوف على الأسباب وظروف الوفاة بدقة، فيما كثفت المباحث تحرياتها حول الواقعة استناداً على تقرير الحماية المدنية حول الحريق.
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بالإسكندرية إخطاراً باندلاع حريق داخل شقة سكنية بالطابق الرابع في برج سكني بمنطقة العصافرة، وعلى الفور، انتقلت سيارات الإسعاف وقوات الحماية المدنية إلى الموقع، وتم التعامل مع الحريق، الذي أسفر عن وفاة الفنانة وتحرير محضر بالواقعة.
شبهة جنائية
وقالت مساعدة الفنانة في تصريحات إعلامية: الحريق يحمل شبهة جنائية، وزوج نيفين كان الشخص الوحيد الموجود معها وقت اندلاع النيران، مؤكدة تواصلها مع نقابة الممثلين وإبلاغها بموقفها.

The security authorities in Alexandria received a notification about a fire breaking out inside a residential apartment on the fourth floor of a residential tower in the Al-Asafra area. Immediately, ambulances and civil defense forces were dispatched to the site, and the fire was dealt with, which resulted in the artist's death and the filing of a report regarding the incident.
Criminal Suspicion
The artist's assistant stated in media remarks: The fire has criminal suspicions, and Nevin's husband was the only person present with her at the time the flames broke out, confirming her communication with the Actors' Syndicate and informing them of her situation.
