فيما اتهم المخرج المصري عمرو سلامة الشركة المنتجة لفيلم «شمس الزناتي 2» بالتزوير والنصب والاحتيال، مؤكداً عدم حصوله وفريق العمل على مستحقاتهم المالية، قطع المنتج ريمون رمسيس بعدم صحة اتهامات سلامة له.
وأكد رمسيس في مداخلة هاتفية بإحدى الفضائيات المصرية أمس (الأحد) حصول سلامة وفريق عمله على الدفعات المستحقة بحسب جدول العمل، مشيراً إلى حصول جميع العاملين في الفيلم على حقوقهم المالية.
وأضاف: المخرج عمرو سلامة حصل على 35% من قيمة عقده، خصوصاً أن ما تم تصويره بالفعل تحت إشرافه لا يتعدى 8 أيام فقط، من أصل 7 إلى 8 أسابيع مقررة لتصوير العمل.
وأوضح رمسيس أن عقد المخرج يشمل مرحلتي التحضير والتصوير ولا تتم تجزئته، واحتساب المستحقات يتم بناءً على الإنجاز الفعلي للعمل، وقال: «عمرو سلامة هو من انسحب واعتذر عن الفيلم لكل الصناع بشكل مفاجئ، معللاً ذلك برفضه التعاون مع الشركة المنتجة، وهي سابقة أول مرة تحدث في صناعة السينما».
وأضاف: «نحاول التواصل مع عمرو سلامة منذ قرابة عام ونصف، إلا أنه حظرنا من جميع وسائل التواصل بعمل (بلوك)».
ونشر المخرج عمرو سلامة في وقت سابق منشوراً على حسابه عبر «فيسبوك»، أكد من خلاله أنه وبعض الزملاء من فريق عمل أحد المشاريع الفنية - دون الإشارة إلى الاسم - بصدد اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية والقضائية، وتقديم الشكاوى النقابية ضد شركة إنتاج وصفها بـ«سيئة السمعة»، مشيراً إلى أن الشركة لها سوابق مدانة فيها بأحكام القضاء، وخرجت عن أعراف المهنة، وأخلّت بالتزاماتها القانونيّة، وتقوم بالتحايل المتعمد على العاملين، ما يلحق الضرر بحقوقهم المادية والمعنوية والإبداعية.
كما وصف في منشور لاحق شركة الإنتاج بـ«شركة النصب الاحترافي»، مؤكداً على تواصل عدد من ضحايا هذه الشركة من العاملين في الوسط الفني معه.
وواجهت كواليس فيلم «شمس الزناتي 2» أزمات عدة قبل بدء التصوير، ففي عام 2017، أعلن الفنان محمد إمام التحضير للفيلم وأبدى حماسه الشديد له، لكن المشروع خيم عليه الصمت ولم يعد يذكر بأي شيء إيجابي أو سلبي، قبل أن يعلن البدء في تصويره عام 2023، إلا أن المشروع توقف أكثر من مرة، وانتقل من شركة إنتاج إلى أخرى.
The Egyptian director Amr Salama accused the production company of the film "Shams El Zanaty 2" of forgery, fraud, and deception, confirming that he and the crew have not received their financial entitlements. Producer Raymond Ramses denied Salama's accusations against him.
Ramses confirmed in a phone interview with one of the Egyptian satellite channels yesterday (Sunday) that Salama and his team received the payments due according to the work schedule, noting that all workers on the film received their financial rights.
He added: Director Amr Salama received 35% of the value of his contract, especially since what was actually filmed under his supervision does not exceed 8 days, out of the 7 to 8 weeks scheduled for filming the work.
Ramses explained that the director's contract includes both the preparation and filming stages and is not divided, and that the entitlements are calculated based on the actual progress of the work. He said: "Amr Salama is the one who withdrew and apologized for the film to all the producers unexpectedly, justifying this by refusing to cooperate with the production company, which is a precedent that has never happened in the film industry."
He added: "We have been trying to communicate with Amr Salama for about a year and a half, but he has blocked us from all means of communication."
Director Amr Salama previously posted on his account via "Facebook," confirming that he and some colleagues from the crew of one of the artistic projects - without mentioning the name - are in the process of taking all legal and judicial actions, and filing union complaints against a production company he described as "notorious," pointing out that the company has a history of being convicted in court rulings, has deviated from professional norms, and has breached its legal obligations, deliberately deceiving workers, which harms their material, moral, and creative rights.
He also described the production company in a later post as a "professional scam company," confirming that several victims of this company from the artistic community have contacted him.
The behind-the-scenes of the film "Shams El Zanaty 2" faced several crises before filming began. In 2017, actor Mohamed Imam announced the preparation for the film and expressed his great enthusiasm for it, but the project fell silent and was no longer mentioned in any positive or negative context, before announcing the start of filming in 2023. However, the project was halted multiple times and moved from one production company to another.
