تقدم الصحافي فتحي سليمان ببلاغ ضد الفنانة المصرية وفاء عامر، اتهمها فيه بانتهاك خصوصيته والتشهير به، بعد قيامها بتسجيل مكالمة هاتفية لهما وإرسالها لمحامٍ نشرها على صفحات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة دون إذنه.
وحرر سليمان محضرا رسميا وكلف المستشار المحامي ياسر قنطوش باستكمال اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد الفنانة والمحامي المذكور.
وقال سليمان، في بيان أصدره: سلمت مستشاري القانوني وقائع ومستندات مهمة ستكشف الحقيقة للرأي العام في عدد من القضايا الجدلية المثارة حول وفاء عامر في الآونة الأخيرة.
وحلت وفاء عامر ضيفة على برنامج «كلمة أخيرة»، الذي يقدّمه الإعلامي أحمد سالم على قناة ONE، في أول ظهور لها بعد الاتهامات التي وجّهت إليها بتجارة الأعضاء، إذ دخلت في نوبة بكاء وحالة من الانهيار الشديد، خلال ردّها على الشائعات والاتهامات التي طالتها أخيرا، حول قضية الاتجار بالأعضاء، وهو ما أحدث صدمة كبيرة في الوسط الفني وبين جمهورها.
وتحدثت وفاء عن هذه الأزمة، مؤكدة أنها تضرّعت إلى الله لرفع الظلم عنها، وقالت: «كنت بطوف في الكعبة وبدعي ربنا وبقول: يا رب رد عليا مظلمتي، وكل واحد جاب في سيرتي».
وأشارت إلى أنها لمست محبة الناس الصادقة في تلك المحنة، وقالت: «الناس كانت بتطبطب عليا ويقولولي بندعيلك كلنا»، مؤكدة ثقتها الكاملة في نزاهة القضاء المصري، قائلة: «أنا في مصر بلد القانون».
Journalist Fathi Suleiman filed a complaint against the Egyptian artist Wafaa Amer, accusing her of violating his privacy and defaming him after she recorded a phone call between them and sent it to a lawyer who published it on various social media platforms without his permission.
Suleiman officially filed a report and tasked lawyer Yasser Qantosh with continuing the legal proceedings against the artist and the mentioned lawyer.
Suleiman stated in a statement he issued: "I handed my legal advisor important facts and documents that will reveal the truth to the public regarding several controversial issues raised about Wafaa Amer recently."
Wafaa Amer appeared as a guest on the program "Kalimah Akheerah," hosted by journalist Ahmed Salem on ONE channel, in her first appearance after the accusations against her of organ trafficking. She broke down in tears and experienced a severe emotional breakdown while responding to the rumors and accusations that have recently surrounded her regarding the organ trafficking case, which caused a significant shock in the artistic community and among her fans.
Wafaa spoke about this crisis, confirming that she prayed to God to lift the injustice from her, saying: "I was circling the Kaaba, praying to my Lord and saying: O Lord, respond to my injustice, and everyone who has spoken about me."
She noted that she felt the genuine love of the people during this ordeal, saying: "People were comforting me and telling me, 'We are all praying for you,'" affirming her complete trust in the integrity of the Egyptian judiciary, saying: "I am in Egypt, the land of law."
