قررت المحكمة القضائية في مصر تأجيل جلسة محاكمة المطربة المصرية شيرين عبد الوهاب بتهمة سب وقذف عبر الهاتف المحمول ضدها من مدير حساباتها الشخصية السابق على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وكانت الجلسة من المقرر عقدها أمس (الخميس) 9 أكتوبر، لكنها تأجلت بسبب تزامنها مع الإجازة الرسمية لاحتفالات نصر أكتوبر، وستحدد المحكمة موعداً جديداً لاحقاً لاستكمال النظر في القضية.
وتتضمن تفاصيل القضية، التي تقدم بها أحد المحامين، المطالبة بإلزام الفنانة شيرين عبد الوهاب بدفع تعويض مدني مؤقت قدره 200 ألف جنيه لصالح مدير حساباتها السابق، وذلك بسبب الأضرار التي لحقت به جراء الإساءة الموجهة إليه عبر الهاتف.
وتعود أزمة شيرين عبد الوهاب إلى يوم 8 مايو الماضي، عندما حرّر موكلها محضراً بقسم شرطة البساتين ضد مدير صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تتهمه فيه بالاستيلاء على هذه الصفحات ورفضه إعطاءها كلمات المرور الخاصة بها، وطالبها بأموال إضافية.
The judicial court in Egypt has decided to postpone the trial session of the Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab on charges of defamation and slander via mobile phone against her by her former personal account manager on social media.
The session was scheduled to be held yesterday (Thursday), October 9, but it was postponed due to coinciding with the official holiday for the October Victory celebrations, and the court will set a new date later to continue considering the case.
The details of the case, which was filed by a lawyer, include a demand to obligate the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab to pay a temporary civil compensation of 200,000 Egyptian pounds in favor of her former account manager, due to the damages he suffered from the insults directed at him via phone.
The crisis involving Sherine Abdel Wahab dates back to May 8 of last year, when her client filed a report at the Al-Basateen police station against her social media page manager, accusing him of taking control of these pages and refusing to give her the passwords, while demanding additional money from her.
