تقدم محامي الفنانة المصرية بدرية طلبة، أمس (الثلاثاء)، ببلاغ إلى النيابة العامة اتهم من خلاله حساب على فيسبوك يدعى هشام سعيد، بنشر مقاطع فيديو مسيئة لموكلته والترويج لمعلومات كاذبة.
وأشار المحامي في البلاغ إلى أن المتهم اعتاد نشر فيديوهات تظهر فيها طلبة مع عناوين ومحتوى مسيء يربطها بادعاءات أطلقتها التيك توكر مروة يسري حول تجارة الأعضاء، مستغلاً هذه المزاعم للتشهير بالفنانة، لافتاً إلى أن المتهم نشر مقطعاً آخر تظهر فيه الفنانة وفاء عامر خلال قيامها بعمل إنساني، إلا أنه وضع عنواناً مضللاً تحت اسم «الولد ضاع»، مدعياً وجود وقائع تتعلق بتجارة أعضاء بشرية.
وأعلنت طلبة عبر حسابها على فيسبوك في وقت سابق، الابتعاد عن المنصة مؤقتاً. وجاء في منشورها أن السبب وراء القرار هو ما وصفته بـ«الجو السلبي» الذي يسود فيسبوك.
The lawyer of the Egyptian artist Badriya Talaba filed a complaint with the public prosecutor yesterday (Tuesday), accusing a Facebook account named Hisham Said of publishing offensive videos about his client and promoting false information.
The lawyer pointed out in the complaint that the accused has been in the habit of posting videos featuring Talaba with offensive titles and content linking her to allegations made by TikToker Marwa Yousry regarding organ trafficking, exploiting these claims to defame the artist. He noted that the accused published another clip showing the artist Wafaa Amer during a humanitarian act, but he placed a misleading title under the name "The Boy is Lost," claiming that there were incidents related to human organ trafficking.
Talaba announced earlier through her Facebook account that she would be temporarily stepping away from the platform. In her post, she stated that the reason for her decision was what she described as the "negative atmosphere" prevailing on Facebook.
