أكد الفنان التركي بوراك أوزجيفيت «الذي جسد شخصية المؤسس عثمان في المسلسل التركي الشهير»، بأن الوداع شجاعة عظيمة.
وفي أول تعليق له على أنباء انسحابه من مسلسل قيامة عثمان في جزئه السابع، قال عبر حساباته في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: «أود أن أودّع جمهورنا بكلمات شكر، رداً على كل من حاول التقليل من 6 سنوات من الشغف والتعب نلتقي في قصص جديدة قريباً».
وظهر بوراك أوزجيفيت بلوك مختلف تماماً، بعدما حلق لحيته التي أطالها خصيصاً لتجسيد شخصية «عثمان بك» في المسلسل، وعلّق بوراك على صورته باللوك الجديد عبر «إنستغرام» قائلاً: «العطلة تبدأ».
ووفقاً للتقارير الصحافية، فإن السبب وراء هذا القرار يعود إلى طلب بوراك الحصول على أجر قدره 4 ملايين ليرة تركية عن كل حلقة، ما أدى إلى خلافات مع الجهة المنتجة، وانتهى الأمر بانفصال الطرفين.
وتشير معلومات من كواليس المسلسل إلى أن الموسم الجديد سيشهد انتقال الأحداث إلى فترة أورخان بك ابن عثمان، ومن المتوقع عرض مشاهد لـ«عثمان» في مرحلة الشيخوخة.

Burak Özçivit appeared with a completely different look after shaving off the beard he had grown specifically to portray the character of "Osman Bey" in the series, and he commented on his new look photo on Instagram saying: "The holiday begins."
According to media reports, the reason behind this decision is Burak's request for a fee of 4 million Turkish Lira per episode, which led to disagreements with the production company, and ultimately resulted in the separation of the two parties.
Information from the series' behind-the-scenes suggests that the new season will see the events transition to the era of Orhan Bey, the son of Osman, and it is expected that scenes of "Osman" in his old age will be shown.
