يتواجد الفنان السعودي نايف البحر في الكويت؛ لتصوير مشاهده في المسلسل الكويتي «أعوام الظلام»، بمشاركة نخبة من نجوم الفن والدراما الكويتية.
ويستلهم العمل أحداثه من قصة حقيقية عاشها المواطن الكويتي بدر المطيري، الذي حُكم عليه ظلماً بالسجن 7 سنوات، قبل أن تنكشف براءته في نهاية المطاف.
وقرر بدر توثيق معاناته وتحويلها إلى عمل درامي كامل يحمل تفاصيل ما مرّ به، بعد أن ظهر في لقاء تلفزيوني وسرد فيه وقائع قصته؛ منذ لحظة القبض عليه وحتى إعلان براءته وخروجه من السجن.
وشارك البحر متابعيه بعدد من الصور من كواليس العمل عبر «ستوري إنستغرام»، ظهر فيها مع الفنان حمد العماني، وعلّق قائلاً: «من كواليس مسلسل أعوام الظلام». كما نشر مقاطع عبر حسابه في سناب شات، عبّر فيها عن سعادته بالمشاركة في هذا العمل الذي يضم نخبة من نجوم الدراما الكويتية، مشيراً إلى إعجابه بأحداث القصة وتفاعله الكبير معها، خصوصاً بعد أن شاهد بدر المطيري وهو يروي قصته في أحد البرامج.
ويضم أعوام الظلام كوكبة من النجوم أبرزهم حمد العماني، نايف البحر، خالد البريكي، عبدالله الطليحي، إيمان الحسيني، شوق الهادي، عبدالعزيز مندني، فاطمة البصيري، حسن عبدال، انتصار، فيصل العميري، روان العلي، أحمد سعيد، وآخرون، وهو من ﺇﺧﺮاﺝ محمد سلامة، ومن ﺗﺄﻟﻴﻒ بدر المطيري، صاحب الرواية والقصّة الأصلية.
The Saudi artist Naif Al-Bahr is in Kuwait to film his scenes in the Kuwaiti series "Years of Darkness," alongside a selection of stars from the Kuwaiti art and drama scene.
The work draws its events from the true story of Kuwaiti citizen Bader Al-Mutairi, who was unjustly sentenced to 7 years in prison before his innocence was ultimately revealed.
Bader decided to document his suffering and turn it into a complete drama that carries the details of what he went through, after he appeared in a television interview where he recounted the events of his story, from the moment he was arrested to the announcement of his innocence and his release from prison.
Al-Bahr shared with his followers several photos from behind the scenes of the work via "Instagram Stories," where he appeared with artist Hamad Al-Omani, commenting: "From the behind-the-scenes of the series Years of Darkness." He also posted clips on his Snapchat account, expressing his happiness to participate in this work that includes a selection of stars from Kuwaiti drama, noting his admiration for the story's events and his strong engagement with it, especially after watching Bader Al-Mutairi narrate his story on one of the programs.
Years of Darkness features a constellation of stars, most notably Hamad Al-Omani, Naif Al-Bahr, Khaled Al-Buraiki, Abdullah Al-Talhi, Iman Al-Husseini, Shawq Al-Hadi, Abdulaziz Mandani, Fatima Al-Busairi, Hassan Abdul, Intisar, Faisal Al-Omari, Rawan Al-Ali, Ahmed Saeed, and others. It is directed by Mohammed Salama and written by Bader Al-Mutairi, the owner of the original story and narrative.
