أكد الفنان المصري محمد هنيدي في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، عدم صحة ما تردد أخيراً بشأن خضوعه لعملية جراحية بالمعدة، مشدداً على أنه يتمتع بصحة جيدة، ولا يعاني من أي مشاكل صحية.
وأعرب هنيدي عن استيائه من الشائعات التي تطاله بين الحين والآخر، قائلاً: «حرام عليكم.. كفاية إشاعات وتقلقوا الجمهور وكل حبايبي».
وفي سياق آخر، أوضح أنه حالياً يطّلع على عدد من السيناريوهات المسرحية، بهدف تقديم عرض مسرحي جديد يُعرض في السعودية ومصر، لكنه لم يحسم اختياره للنص النهائي.
ويستعد هنيدي أيضاً لعرض أحدث أفلامه «الجواهرجي»، الذي تدور أحداثه في إطار كوميدي حول جواهرجي يواجه مشكلات بسبب تصرفات زوجته غير المتوقعة. ويشاركه البطولة عدد من النجوم، أبرزهم: منى زكي، لبلبة، أحمد السعدني، باسم سمرة، وعارفة عبدالرسول. الفيلم من تأليف عمر طاهر وإخراج إسلام خيري.
يُذكر أن آخر أعمال محمد هنيدي الدرامية كان مسلسل «شهادة معاملة أطفال»، الذي عرض في موسم رمضان 2025، وشارك فيه نخبة من الفنانين منهم: محمود حافظ، صبري فواز، نهى عابدين، وليد فواز، جيهان خليل، وخالد أنور، ومن تأليف محمد سليمان عبدالمالك، وإخراج سامح عبدالعزيز.
The Egyptian artist Mohamed Henedy confirmed in a special statement to "Okaz" that the rumors circulating recently about him undergoing stomach surgery are untrue, emphasizing that he is in good health and does not suffer from any health issues.
Henedy expressed his frustration with the rumors that occasionally target him, saying: "Shame on you... Enough with the rumors that worry the audience and all my loved ones."
In another context, he explained that he is currently reviewing several theatrical scripts with the aim of presenting a new play to be performed in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, but he has not yet finalized his choice for the final text.
Henedy is also preparing for the release of his latest film "The Jeweler," which revolves around a jeweler facing problems due to his wife's unexpected behavior. He is joined in the cast by several stars, including Mona Zaki, Lablaba, Ahmed El Sadrani, Basem Samra, and Aref Abdel-Rasoul. The film is written by Omar Taher and directed by Islam Khairy.
It is worth mentioning that Mohamed Henedy's last dramatic work was the series "Child Treatment Certificate," which aired during the Ramadan season of 2025, featuring a selection of artists including Mahmoud Hafiz, Sabry Fawaz, Noha Abdeen, Walid Fawaz, Jihan Khalil, and Khaled Anwar, written by Mohamed Suleiman Abdel-Malek and directed by Samah Abdel-Aziz.
