أصدرت الفنانة المصرية غادة عبدالرازق، بياناً صحفياً، ترد من خلاله على اتهامها بالنصب من إحدى الشركات العالمية لحجز الفنادق والسيارات في باريس، مطالبة بضرورة تحري الدقة والحقيقة في نشر الأخبار.
وجاء نص البيان كالتالي: «تهيب الفنانة غادة عبدالرازق بكافة الصحفيين المحترمين تحري الدقة والحقيقة في نشر الأخبار التى لا تمت إلى الحقيقة بصلة ولا تستند لأي حقائق أو أحكام قضائية وهى مجرد ادعاءات باطلة ليس لها دليل سوى أقوال أناس مغرضة راغبة في الشهرة وكذلك تشويه صورتها امام جمهورها التي تجله وتقدره وتحترمه».
وأضاف البيان: «وإزاء الأخبار المتواضعة التى من شأنها الإضرار بها كفنانة مصرية لها قيمتها وحرصا منها على مساحة الود والاحترام لكافة الصحفيين، لذلك نرجو عدم نشر أخبار تشير إلى الفنانة دون دليل أو تداول اي اخبار خاصة بها».
وتابع البيان: «وعليه فقد تم تكليف مكتب المستشار القانوني ياسر قنطوش المحامي بالنقض لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية تجاه من قام بنشر اخبار تتعلق بالفنانة سواء داخل مصر أو في فرنسا دون مستند أو دليل مع خالص تحياتي لكافة السادة الصحفيين والعاملين بالمجال الإعلامي».
يذكر أن غادة عبدالرازق وابنتها اتهمتا أخيراً بالنصب من شركة عالمية لحجز الفنادق والسيارات في باريس، وعدم سداد 50 ألف يورو نظير خدمات قدمت لهما خلال فترة إقامتهما في فرنسا.
The Egyptian artist Ghada Abdel Razek issued a press statement in which she responds to accusations of fraud from an international company for hotel and car reservations in Paris, calling for the necessity of accuracy and truth in news reporting.
The statement read as follows: "The artist Ghada Abdel Razek urges all respected journalists to ensure accuracy and truth in reporting news that has no relation to reality and is not based on any facts or judicial rulings; these are merely baseless allegations with no evidence other than the words of malicious individuals seeking fame and tarnishing her image in front of her audience, whom she cherishes, appreciates, and respects."
The statement continued: "In light of the modest news that could harm her as an Egyptian artist of value, and in her commitment to maintaining a space of goodwill and respect for all journalists, we kindly request not to publish news that refers to the artist without evidence or to circulate any news related to her."
The statement further stated: "Accordingly, the office of legal advisor Yasser Qantosh, a lawyer specializing in cassation, has been commissioned to take all legal actions against those who published news related to the artist, whether inside Egypt or in France, without any documents or evidence, with my sincere regards to all esteemed journalists and those working in the media field."
It is worth noting that Ghada Abdel Razek and her daughter were recently accused of fraud by an international company for hotel and car reservations in Paris, failing to pay 50,000 euros for services provided to them during their stay in France.
