أثارت طليقة الفنان أحمد السقا الإعلامية المصرية مها الصغير، جدلاً واسعاً خلال الساعات الماضية، بعدما اتهمت من فنانة تشكيلية دنماركية، بالاستيلاء على لوحة فنية لها، ونسبتها إلى نفسها دون وجه حق.
وبدأت القصة عندما حلت الإعلامية مها الصغير، في الأسبوع الأول من شهر يونيو الماضي، ضيفة ببرنامج «معكم منى الشاذلي»، وتحدثت عن حبها للفن بشكل عام، مؤكدة أن الرسم هوايتها منذ فترة طويلة وعرضت على الشاشة عددا من لوحاتها على أنها من بين اللوحات التي رسمتها مها.
ولكن المفاجأة عندما خرجت فنانة تشكيلية دنماركية تدعى ليزا لاش نيلسون، والتي اتهمت مها الصغير بالسرقة، قائلة إن اللوحة التي نسبتها مها الصغير لنفسها خلال لقائها بالبرنامج، هي من بين اللوحات التي رسمتها منذ 6 أعوام بالتحديد عام 2019.
وكتبت ليزا لاش نيلسون، عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة «إنستغرام»، منشوراً قالت فيه: «إنه لأمر رائع أن ترى عملك على الشاشة الكبيرة في برنامج تلفزيوني في مصر -بلد يبلغ عدد سكانه 140 مليون نسمة- وسيكون أكثر تأثيرًا إذا ذكر اسمك بالفعل، لكن مها الصغير المذيعة والمصممة المشهورة نسيت تذكره، وبدلًا من ذلك تدعي أنها رسمت اللوحة التي رسمتها في عام 2019».
وأضافت ليزا: «مع ذلك اخترت أن أعتبرها مجاملة كبيرة أن مها الصغير تحب عملي جدا، لدرجة أنها تريد فعلا ارتكاب جريمة وفقاً للقانون المصري والدولي واتفاقية برن باستخدامها في الرسم والترويج لنفسها».
واختتمت حديثها قائلة: «لكن بما أن مها والأشخاص في القناة التلفزيونية يرفضون الرد على محاولاتي للاتصال بهم، حتى أتمكن من إبداء تقديري لهم، فسأغتنم هذه الفرصة لإعادة نشر اللوحة التي رأيتها عدة مرات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تستخدم كرمز الكفاح من أجل الحرية في جميع أنحاء العالم».
من جانب آخر، اعترفت الإعلامية المصرية منى الشاذلي وإدارة برنامج «معكم»، بأن اللوحة التي عرضت بالبرنامج هي ملك في الأصل للفنانة الدنماركية «ليزا لاش نيلسون»، حيث نسبت مها اللوحة لنفسها خلال استضافتها بالبرنامج.
وكتبت منى الشاذلي على موقع تبادل الصور والفيديوهات «إنستغرام»، وقالت:«اللوحة من إبداع الفنانة الدنماركية نحترم المبدعين الحقيقيين ونقدر إبداعاتهم الأصلية في كل المجالات».
The ex-wife of artist Ahmed El Sakka, the Egyptian media personality Maha El Saghir, has sparked widespread controversy in recent hours after being accused by a Danish visual artist of stealing one of her artworks and claiming it as her own without justification.
The story began when media personality Maha El Saghir appeared as a guest on the program "With You Mona El Shazly" in the first week of June, where she spoke about her love for art in general, confirming that painting has been her hobby for a long time and showcased several of her paintings on screen as if they were among those she had created.
However, the surprise came when a Danish visual artist named Lisa Lash Nelson emerged, accusing Maha El Saghir of theft, stating that the painting Maha claimed as her own during her appearance on the program was one of the paintings she created six years ago, specifically in 2019.
Lisa Lash Nelson wrote on her official account on the "Instagram" platform, in a post saying: "It’s wonderful to see your work on the big screen in a TV program in Egypt - a country with a population of 140 million - and it would be even more impactful if your name was actually mentioned, but Maha El Saghir, the famous presenter and designer, forgot to mention it, instead claiming she painted the artwork that I created in 2019."
She added: "Nevertheless, I chose to consider it a huge compliment that Maha El Saghir loves my work so much that she actually wants to commit a crime under Egyptian and international law and the Berne Convention by using it in painting and promoting herself."
She concluded her remarks by saying: "But since Maha and the people at the television channel refuse to respond to my attempts to contact them so I can express my appreciation, I will take this opportunity to repost the painting that I have seen several times on social media used as a symbol of the struggle for freedom around the world."
On another note, Egyptian media personality Mona El Shazly and the management of the program "With You" admitted that the painting showcased on the program originally belongs to Danish artist "Lisa Lash Nelson," as Maha attributed the painting to herself during her appearance on the show.
Mona El Shazly wrote on the photo and video sharing site "Instagram," saying: "The painting is the creation of the Danish artist; we respect true creators and appreciate their original works in all fields."
