قضت المحكمة المختصة، بتغريم فتاة مبلغ 10 آلاف جنيه، بعد إدانتها بتهمة إزعاج نقيب المهن التمثيلية الدكتور أشرف زكي، وإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وتقدم أشرف زكي ببلاغ رسمي ضد الفتاة، اتهمها فيه بالتسبب في مضايقته عبر منصات التواصل، وهو ما باشرت النيابة التحقيق فيه، وأحالت المتهمة للمحاكمة. وخلال الجلسة، طالب المحامي محمد راضي، دفاع المتهمة، ببراءة موكلته من الاتهامات المنسوبة إليها، إلا أن المحكمة انتهت إلى تغريمها ماليّاً.
The competent court has sentenced a girl to a fine of 10,000 Egyptian pounds after convicting her of disturbing the head of the Actors Syndicate, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, and misusing social media.
Dr. Ashraf Zaki filed an official complaint against the girl, accusing her of causing him distress through social media platforms, which the prosecution investigated and subsequently referred the accused to trial. During the session, the lawyer Mohamed Radi, representing the accused, requested her acquittal from the charges against her; however, the court concluded by imposing a financial penalty on her.
