أوصت الدائرة الثالثة بهيئة مفوضي الدولة بمحكمة القضاء الإداري في مصر، بإلغاء قرار نقابة المهن الموسيقية المصرية بمنع الفنانة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي من الغناء داخل مصر وسحب تصاريحها.
وأكدت بأن القرار يمثل مخالفة صريحة لنصوص الدستور المصري وما يكفله من ضمانات لحرية الإبداع والتعبير الفني، وجاء ذلك ضمن التقرير الذي أُعدته الهيئة في الدعوى رقم 49062 لسنة 79 قضائية، المقامة من هيفاء وهبي ضد نقابة المهن الموسيقية ونقيبها مصطفى كامل، وقررت المحكمة تأجيل النظر في الدعوى إلى جلسة 10 يوليو القادم للاطلاع والرد على تقرير المفوضين.
The Third Circuit of the State Commissioners Authority at the Administrative Judiciary Court in Egypt recommended the annulment of the decision made by the Egyptian Musicians' Syndicate to prohibit Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe from singing in Egypt and to revoke her permits.
It confirmed that the decision represents a clear violation of the provisions of the Egyptian Constitution and the guarantees it provides for freedom of creativity and artistic expression. This came as part of the report prepared by the authority in case number 49062 for the year 79 judicial, filed by Haifa Wehbe against the Musicians' Syndicate and its head, Mustafa Kamel. The court decided to postpone the hearing of the case to the session on July 10th for review and response to the commissioners' report.
