بعد الحكم بسجنه وتغريمه.. إعادة النظر في قضية نيشان وياسمين عز

The Cairo Economic Appeals Court has decided to reconsider the case of the Lebanese media figure Neshan at the end of this month, after his lawyer filed an appeal against the ruling that sentenced him to one month in prison and fined him 5,000 Egyptian pounds, along with a penalty of 50,000 Egyptian pounds, on charges of defaming media personality Yasmin Ezz.

Neshan is expected to face three different judicial possibilities: upholding the court's ruling of one month in prison, reducing the sentence, or overturning the ruling and declaring him innocent.
