خرجت الإعلامية المصرية مها الصغير للرد على جميع الشائعات والأقاويل التي تداولت عنها خلال الفترة الماضية، بعد طلاقها من الفنان المصري أحمد السقا، معلنة اتخاذها الإجراءات القانونية ضد المتجاوزين في حق كرامتها.
وجاء نص البيان الذي أصدرته مها الصغير على حسابها الشخصي بموقع فيسبوك، على النحو التالي: «لقد التزمت الصمت طويلا، وتحملت ما يفوق طاقتي، لا عن ضعف أو خوف، بل احترام لنفسي ولأبنائي.. كنت دائما أؤمن بأن الكرامة تكمن في الصمت، وأن صون البيوت أولى من الخوض في التفاصيل».
وأضافت مها الصغير: «لكن يبدو أن هناك من لا يقدر ذلك، فيطلق الكلام دون وعي، ويخوض في أعراض الناس بأحاديث مغلوطة لا تمت إلى الحقيقة بصلة غير مدرك أن وراء كل كلمة قلوبا تتألم وبيوتا تتصدع، لذا أطلب من الجميع بكل احترام أن يتركوا اسمي بعيدا عن أي سياق لا علاقة لي به، وألا يزج بي في أمور لم تصدر عني».
وأعلنت مها الصغير أنها ستلجأ للقضاء وتتخذ الإجراءات القانونية في حالة كثرة التجاوزات في حقها، معلقة: «إن لم تتوقف هذه التجاوزات، فسأتخذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة التي تحفظ كرامتي وحقوق أبنائي وعائلتي، فالسكوت ليس دائما دليل حكمة، وأحيانا يكون لزاما علينا أن نقف وقفة حازمة، لأن كرامة الإنسان ليست محلا للعبث أو موضعا للتسلية».
يذكر أن السقا أعلن أخيرا من خلال منشور رسمي عبر صفحته الخاصة على «فيسبوك» انفصاله عن مها الصغير بعد زواج دام لسنوات طويلة، وبعدها ترددت كثير من الشائعات حولهما.
The Egyptian media personality Maha Al-Sagheer has come out to respond to all the rumors and statements that have circulated about her during the past period, following her divorce from the Egyptian artist Ahmed El-Sakka, announcing that she is taking legal action against those who have transgressed against her dignity.
The text of the statement issued by Maha Al-Sagheer on her personal account on Facebook is as follows: “I have remained silent for a long time, enduring more than I can bear, not out of weakness or fear, but out of respect for myself and my children. I have always believed that dignity lies in silence, and that protecting homes is more important than delving into details.”
Maha Al-Sagheer added: “But it seems that there are those who do not appreciate that, who speak without awareness, and delve into people's honor with distorted narratives that have no connection to the truth, not realizing that behind every word are hearts that ache and homes that are crumbling. Therefore, I respectfully ask everyone to keep my name out of any context that I have no relation to, and not to involve me in matters that did not originate from me.”
Maha Al-Sagheer announced that she will resort to the judiciary and take legal action in case of continued transgressions against her, commenting: “If these transgressions do not stop, I will take the necessary legal measures that preserve my dignity and the rights of my children and family, for silence is not always a sign of wisdom, and sometimes we must take a firm stand, because a person's dignity is not a matter for play or amusement.”
She concluded her statement with the Quranic verse: “O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother while he is dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Accepting of Repentance and Merciful.”
It is worth mentioning that El-Sakka recently announced through an official post on his private Facebook page his separation from Maha Al-Sagheer after a long marriage, after which many rumors about them circulated.
