طرحت المنصة الإلكترونية الموحدة لاستطلاع آراء العموم والجهات الحكومية (منصة استطلاع) التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية (40) مشروعاً ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، بالتعاون مع (20) جهة حكومية؛ لتمكين أصحاب المصلحة من إبداء المرئيات والمقترحات حولها قبل إقرارها.
وتضمّنت المشاريع المطروحة عبر المنصة مشروع (قواعد ومعايير جودة الطاقة الكهربائية)، الذي تهدف من خلاله الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء إلى رفع مستوى جودة الخدمة الكهربائية المقدمة للمستهلكين، وتعزيز متابعة أداء مقدّمي الخدمة ومدى التزامهم بمتطلبات جودة الطاقة الكهربائية، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 1 أكتوبر 2025.
وشهدت المنصة طرح الهيئة العامة للمساحة والمعلومات الجيومكانية لمشروع (نظام المساحة والمعلومات الجيومكانية)؛ الذي تهدف من خلاله الهيئة إلى تنظيم القطاع وتطوير حوكمته وتنميته، والارتقاء به بما يتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات الدولية ويواكب التطورات التقنية الحديثة، وتتيح المنصة الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى يوم 17 أكتوبر 2025.
وطرحت الهيئة العامة للعقار عبر المنصة مشروع (الإطار التنظيمي للبيئة التجريبية التشريعية)؛ بهدف توفير بيئة مرنة ومنظمة تُعنى بتمكين روّاد الأعمال، والمستثمرين، ومزوّدي الخدمات العقارية الرقمية، من اختبار نماذج أعمال جديدة ومبتكرة، تحت إشراف الهيئة، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 18 أكتوبر 2025.
ويأتي طرح مشاريع الأنظمة واللوائح وما في حكمها من خلال منصة (استطلاع)؛ تأكيداً على تعزيز الشفافية في البيئة التشريعية ونشر ثقافة الاستطلاع لدى العموم والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وإشراكهم في صياغة المشاريع المتعلقة ببيئة الأعمال.

The unified electronic platform for public and government opinion surveys (Survey Platform) affiliated with the National Competitiveness Center has launched (40) projects related to economic and developmental matters, in collaboration with (20) government entities; to enable stakeholders to express their views and suggestions on them before they are approved.
The projects proposed through the platform include the project (Rules and Standards for Electric Power Quality), which the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority aims to implement to raise the level of electric service quality provided to consumers, enhance the monitoring of service providers' performance, and ensure their compliance with electric power quality requirements. The survey on this project will end on October 1, 2025.
The platform also witnessed the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information proposing the project (Geospatial Information and Survey System); through which the authority aims to organize the sector, develop its governance, and enhance it in line with international best practices and modern technological developments. The platform allows for the survey on this project until October 17, 2025.
The General Authority for Real Estate has proposed through the platform the project (Regulatory Framework for the Legislative Experimental Environment); aimed at providing a flexible and organized environment that enables entrepreneurs, investors, and providers of digital real estate services to test new and innovative business models under the authority's supervision. The survey on this project will end on October 18, 2025.
The launch of regulatory system projects and similar initiatives through the (Survey) platform reaffirms the commitment to enhancing transparency in the legislative environment, promoting a culture of surveying among the public, government entities, and the private sector, and involving them in shaping projects related to the business environment.
