Riyadh - Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), received in Riyadh today (Wednesday) Bulgaria's Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova, currently on an official visit to the Kingdom.



Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Bulgaria's Minister of Tourism held a session of official talks during which they reviewed a number of issues of common interest within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the two countries in the field of tourism which was signed on October 2017 in Bulgaria.



The two sides also discussed ways of activating the agreement's programs, particularly exchanging expertise in the fields of training, tourism investment and crafts.



Prince Sultan bin Salman highlighted the giant leaps witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdualziz Al Saud in various fields, particularly the tourism sector.



For her part, the Bulgarian Tourism Minister expressed happiness to visit the Kingdom, affirming that she is following the great development of tourism in the Kingdom.



She pointed out that her visit to Saudi Arabia aims at enhancing cooperation in developing tourism between the two friendly countries.



Following the meeting, the SCTH President held a luncheon in honor of the Bulgarian Tourism Minister.
