نظّمت هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون ممثلة بإدارة البيانات، اليوم، ورشة عمل بعنوان «إدارة البيانات وحوكمتها»، وذلك على مسرح الإذاعة، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة محمد بن فهد الحارثي وقيادات ومنسوبي الهيئة.
وهدفت الورشة التي تأتي في إطار جهود الهيئة لتعزيز ثقافة البيانات وتطوير العمل المؤسسي، إلى تعزيز ثقافة البيانات وتطوير أساليب العمل المؤسسي داخل الهيئة، إلى جانب استعراض مهمات مكتب إدارة البيانات ودوره في تنظيم البيانات واستثمارها بالشكل الأمثل، بما يسهم في تعزيز الامتثال للتشريعات الوطنية ويدعم تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وفي كلمته أثناء الورشة أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون، أن التحول الرقمي في الهيئة يمثل أحد أهم مشروعات التطوير المؤسسي التي نعمل عليها، حيث تُعد البيانات الركيزة الأساسية لصناعة القرار، ومن خلال إدارتها وحوكمتها بصورة دقيقة نضمن بناء قرارات صائبة تستند إلى معلومات محكمة، بما يعزز كفاءة الأداء ويرفع من جودة المخرجات الإعلامية.
وقال: «إن هذا التوجه يأتي انسجامًا مع مشروع التحول الرقمي الوطني الذي تقوده المملكة، ويجسد التزام الهيئة بتطبيق أعلى معايير الحوكمة والشفافية في إدارة البيانات من خلال إستراتيجيتها التي تجعل التحول الرقمي في مقدمة ركائزها».
وتناولت الورشة مضامين معرفية وأمثلة تطبيقية حول آليات حوكمة البيانات وأثرها في تطوير بيئة العمل.
وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن سلسلة من البرامج والأنشطة التي تنفذها الهيئة لرفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية البيانات وتمكين منسوبيها من تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في إدارتها، بما يعزز دور الهيئة بصفتها مؤسسة وطنية رائدة في مجال الإعلام والتحول الرقمي.
The Broadcasting and Television Authority, represented by the Data Management Department, organized a workshop today titled "Data Management and Governance" at the Radio Theater, attended by the CEO of the Authority, Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harithi, along with leaders and staff of the Authority.
The workshop, which is part of the Authority's efforts to enhance data culture and develop institutional work, aimed to promote data culture and improve institutional work methods within the Authority, in addition to showcasing the tasks of the Data Management Office and its role in organizing and optimally utilizing data, which contributes to enhancing compliance with national legislation and supports achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
In his speech during the workshop, the CEO of the Broadcasting and Television Authority emphasized that digital transformation within the Authority represents one of the most important institutional development projects we are working on, as data is the fundamental pillar for decision-making. By managing and governing it accurately, we ensure the construction of sound decisions based on solid information, which enhances performance efficiency and improves the quality of media outputs.
He stated: "This direction aligns with the national digital transformation project led by the Kingdom, and it embodies the Authority's commitment to applying the highest standards of governance and transparency in data management through its strategy that places digital transformation at the forefront of its pillars."
The workshop covered knowledge content and practical examples regarding data governance mechanisms and their impact on developing the work environment.
This workshop is part of a series of programs and activities implemented by the Authority to raise awareness of the importance of data and empower its staff to apply best practices in its management, thereby enhancing the Authority's role as a leading national institution in the field of media and digital transformation.
