The Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, is celebrating four Saudi innovators in the fields of medicine, health sciences, entrepreneurship, and community service, after they were selected by the Arab Youth Center as part of 40 innovators from across the Arab world to participate in the fourth edition of the "Arab Youth Pioneers" initiative, which takes place from September 14 to 19. The participants present their inspiring success stories that embody the role of Arab youth in innovation and creativity and achieving a positive impact in their communities, within a rich program that brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, and change leaders.

Hessa Abdullah Al-Huwais: Three Patents

Hessa Abdullah Al-Huwais, an orthodontist, obtained her clinical specialty certificate and professional doctorate in orthodontics from King Saud Medical City. She has registered three patents with the U.S. Patent Office and published four scientific research papers in peer-reviewed journals. She has also received several awards, including a gold medal in Kuwait for her patents for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and a gold medal at the Geneva International Inventions Exhibition in 2024.

Ghada Al-Habib: Inspiring Social Solutions

Ghada Al-Habib, the founder of the Daal Association, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering youth in the fields of data and artificial intelligence through educational programs and workshops. Al-Habib took on the responsibility of leading and organizing the "Developmental Housing Datathon" under the supervision of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, which aimed to analyze housing data and support needy families. She participated in establishing educational initiatives focused on creating AI-based content and oversaw several projects aimed at assisting visually impaired individuals through technological solutions and artificial intelligence. She was honored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation "Misk," which provided support of 450,000 Saudi Riyals to ensure the success of the "Daal Camp" project for teaching data science.

Hussein Al-Hajji: Impactful Digital Leadership

Hussein Al-Hajji, a specialist and certified trainer, mentor, and content creator in digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce and freelancing. He has participated in presenting and implementing over 150 programs and initiatives to empower youth in collaboration with more than 50 Saudi, Gulf, and Arab entities. He is the founder of the "Taqool" educational initiative and a certified career mentor with the National Career Development Association "NCDA," as well as the founder and host of a podcast ranked among the top 10 audio programs in the "Arab Youth Podcast" initiative across the Arab world by the Arab Youth Center in Abu Dhabi. He has produced content programs on platforms such as (Fardin Rainbow – Arabic), (IT Technology Rainbow – Arabic), and (Forbes – Arabic), and was honored by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk).

Maha Al-Abd Al-Jabbar: Innovation in Community Work

Maha Al-Abd Al-Jabbar, a Saudi activist interested in social issues, launched the "Enhancing Social Innovation" initiative under the umbrella of global influencers in Riyadh, which provided a platform to support youth and empower them to turn their ideas into impactful projects. The initiative successfully organized six workshops for over 200 participants on various topics within six months, including the Misk Global Forum, the Promising Leaders Summit program, and the sixteenth Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification "COP 16" in Riyadh. She was honored by the Biost Consulting Foundation and the Saudi Ministry of Sports, and she entered the Guinness World Records.
