Riyadh - Bosnian President Bakir Izetbegovic has escorted Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Commission for Tourism and National Heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on a tour of downtown Sarajevo.



During the tour, which took place last night, the President briefed Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz on the history of the traditional zone of the city and the efforts being exerted to preserve the historical landmarks whereas they met with a number of Bosnian citizens and multi-national foreign tourists.



The President himself took the job of touristic guiding of his prestigious guest, in recognition of the intimate relations between the two dignitaries as well as the fraternal ties binding Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.



Following the tour, the President gave a dinner party in honor of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, currently on an official visit to the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina at an invitation of President Bakir Izetbegovic.



Bosnian Prime Minister Dr. Denis Zvizdic; Mayor of Sarajevo Abdulah Skaka and the official delegation of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz took part in the tour and attended the banquet as well.
