The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has affirmed its continued promotion and protection of all issues related to women's rights in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic Sharia , stressing that equal provision of education and training opportunities at all levels is a key factor to enable women to contribute fully and equitably to development.
This came in the Kingdom's speech yesterday on women in development within the work of the Article 24th on the eradication of poverty and other development issues at the United Nations delivered by the third secretary of the Kingdom's permanent delegation to the United Nations Fauzah Al-Muhaid.
