دخل نائبا الرئيس العراقي إياد علاوي وأسامة النجيفي على خط الأزمة بين بغداد وإقليم كردستان العراق، على خلفية الاستفتاء الذي نفذه الإقليم الأسبوع الماضي، وفي تحرك مفاجئ وصل علاوي والنجيفي أمس (السبت) إلى السليمانية في محاولة للتوسط بين بغداد وأربيل، إذ بحثا مع مسعود بارزاني رئيس الإقليم، المشكلات بين الطرفين.

وقال أسامة النجيفي، في تصريح صحفي، إنه عقد اجتماعا مع بارزاني وعلاوي، مشددا على الحاجة إلى الحوار، والحلول العراقية لحل المشكلات بين أربيل وبغداد. وفيما يتعلق باستقلال كردستان، صرح النجيفي أنه لم يسمع من بارزاني التراجع عن ذلك.


من جانبه، قال إياد علاوي -في تصريح للصحفيين عقب الاجتماع- «نحن مستمرون في جهودنا، سواء على الصعيد الدولي أو الوطني أو على صعيد المؤسسات المهمة مثل الأمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية، ويجب أن نخرج بنتيجة تصب في خدمة العراق»، معبرا عن تفاؤله بحل الخلافات القائمة.

على صعيد متصل، توعدت بغداد أربيل بإجراءات تصعيدية خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة، وأعلن جاسم محمد جعفر النائب المقرب من رئيس الوزراء حيدر العبادي، أنه ستصدر إجراءات تصعيدية جديدة خلال أيام ضد كردستان، معتبرا أن بطء اتخاذ الإجراءات أوصل رسالة سلبية إلى قادة الإقليم بعدم قدرة الحكومة على الرد. وكانت الخارجية العراقية، كشفت عن تقديم مذكرة رسمية لإيران وتركيا تطالب الدولتين بإغلاق المنافذ مع كردستان، وإيقاف جميع التعاملات التجارية وحصرها بالحكومة الاتحادية.

من جهته، حذر زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر أمس (السبت)، من «فتنة سياسية» تستهدف أبناء المكون الكردي من ساكني العاصمة العراقية بغداد. واعتبر الصدر، تعرض الكرد في بغداد والمحافظات العراقية الأخرى إلى «التهديد» بسبب الاستفتاء الذي أجري بإقليم كردستان في الخامس والعشرين من سبتمبر الماضي، بأنه «فتنة سياسية»، داعياً إلى عدم أخذ الأبرياء بذنب الأدعياء، بحسب ما نشره موقع «السومرية نيوز».
