Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, has donated SR16 million from his own account to charitable societies in the Eastern Province to supplement the support being provided them within the Project of Prince Muhammad Bin Salman for Supporting Charitable Societies in all regions of the Kingdom.

The charitable support was carried out in the Eastern Province after discussion with 10 charitable societies in the province to determine their programs being provided to different segments of the society and the amount of support for each society in proportion to the number of beneficiaries. The total number of beneficiaries in the Eastern Province is 41,655 including seven segments of orphans, people with special needs, cancer and Down Syndrome patients, young men and women to be married and needy families.

The Project of Prince Muhammad Bin Salman for Supporting Charitable Societies has started in all regions of the Kingdom for various societies and groups of beneficiaries since two weeks in Riyadh with SR23 million meeting the requirements of 11,680 beneficiaries through (14) charitable societies, while the second station started last week in Makkah Province with a donation of SR15 million, including 14,914 beneficiaries through 10 charitable societies.
